Lions vs Cowboys Drama Unpacked – The Lions vs. Cowboys game on Saturday ended in controversy, and it’s been a big topic in the NFL. Dan Campbell, the Lions’ coach, talked about it on Monday.
He wasn’t happy discussing the two-point conversion that got canceled due to a penalty. Campbell admitted they tried to trick the Cowboys by making it look like a different player was eligible to catch a pass.
Campbell explained it’s about eligibility, making the defense see three different people.

They hoped the Cowboys wouldn’t notice that the actual eligible player was number 70, not 68.
Unfortunately, it confused not just the Cowboys but also the referees.
Despite Campbell’s comments, the past can’t be changed. The Lions will likely end up with the No. 3 seed in the NFC.
They’ll play their last regular-season game against the Vikings at home.
